The Northern Lights fly through the sky, changing the color spectrum of the landscape in this one-of-a-kind canvas art print.
Where land meets water, a double belt of Genji-mon adorns. These rectangular emblems are associated with one of the 54 chapters of the Genji monogatari (“Tale of Genji,”) which is widely considered to be the world’s first novel.
The Northern Lights art print is part of The Art of Zen series, reminiscent of the traditional Japanese woodblock prints and the Ukiyo-e style. In addition, it is inspired by the the Japanese artist Hokusai Katsushika, who is known for his Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji print series. One of the most recognizable prints of that series is The Great Wave off Kanagawa which is often seen on wallpapers and apparel.
The Northern Lights art print is stretched on a wood frame and ready to hang. Additionally, as a one-of-kind print, it is also framed using a brown wood floating frame.
This print is also available without the framing, shipped rolled in a cardboard tube.
