What is your printing process?

All our prints are Giclée which means that they are fine art prints made by using archival quality inks on inkjet printers, usually on cotton canvas. This process ensures the highest quality fine art prints with the best production of colors, tones and sharpness.


What is gallery wrap?

"Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides of the stretcher bars and is secured to the back of the wooden frame." - Wikipedia (more information about gallery wrap)

We normally use 1 inch wide stretcher bars.


Are these original prints?

Yes. All of the prints are created by Salman A. and are available exclusively on this site. All of the prints are produced in very limited editions, with several also being one-of-a-kind prints. In addition, from time to time, Salman creates prints on special commissions.


Is there any certification for the limited edition prints?

All of our prints are available in a limited edition from 1 – 250 prints with an average edition size of 25.

Each print sold has a unique identifier on the bottom right edge containing the print number and the edition size.

In addition, each print comes with a certificate of authenticity and provenance describing the edition number, dimensions, title, media, date of sale, price, and buyer details.


Do you have one-of-a-kind prints?

We often produce one-of-a-kind prints, and can be found under the One of a Kind menu item.

These prints may be sold with special framing or in special sizes.

Periodically, we will send a mail to our registered users about the upcoming sale of one or more such single edition prints.


Can I get my print shipped rolled instead of stretched?

Normally our prints are shipped stretched on an appropriate wood frame, ready to hang. However, you can request to have your print shipped to you rolled, without the wood frame, which is often many times more economical when shipping internationally.

Please clearly request this in the notes section of the checkout page like so:

“I wish to have my print shipped rolled.”

There will be a price reduction of 50 - 100 USD, depending on the size of the print if it is not stretched on a wood frame. 


Can I get my print framed?

Our prints are normally shipped stretched on an appropriate wooden frame. On occasion, certain one-of-a-kind prints will be sold stretched and framed. However, this is an exception.

We do not do custom framing, as in most cases it is a better outcome if individuals are able to see and compare their framing choices in person before proceeding.


Can I get custom prints made?

It may be possible to create a custom private print for you. 

Private prints are usually one-of-a-kind prints that are not meant for resale. However, there are certain instances where private prints can be offered in a limited edition to the public on a revenue sharing basis.


How long does it take to process an order?

As prints are made to order, please allow 4 to 5 weeks for fulfillment.

Additional time for shipping may be needed for destinations outside of the United States and United Arab Emirates.

If a print is in stock already, it can be made available to you in the UAE within three working days, and in the US between 1 - 2 weeks.


How long does shipping take?

After a print order has been produced (see order processing time above) it normally takes 2 – 3 days to deliver in the United Arab Emirates, and 2 – 7 days to deliver in the United States. It may take longer during peak holiday periods.

Once an order has been shipped we will email you and provide a shipment tracking number if applicable.


Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is considered international if the destination is outside of the United States or the United Arab Emirates.

We ship internationally on request, but as shipping costs can be prohibitive for stretched canvas prints, you may consider getting your print shipped rolled instead of stretched.

Please contact us prior to your order (if shipping is outside of the United States or the United Arab Emirates) to understand how much it will cost to ship a print either stretched or rolled.

Also note that any applicable customs duties and charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Is my payment information secure?

We do not store or process any credit card information. We use a standard, secure e-commerce platform that handles payment processing through PayPal.


Do you charge my credit card in full at the time of order?

We authorize the card at the time of purchase for the full amount of the purchase, but the charge is not completed until the order is in the final stages of shipping out.

It may be possible to arrange payment via cash or fund transfer. Please contact us for more information.


Do I have to create a PayPal account to process payment?

Yes, depending on your location. At the current time, having a PayPal account is required (for UAE customers) in order to process your payment. This step adds an additional layer of security for you as a customer and for us as a merchant by introducing a trusted third party, for the resolution of any payment issues, authorization, and tracking. Creating a new PayPal account is a simple process, and only has to be done once. When you have a PayPal account, you can still pay through your credit card, not necessarily through funds added to your PayPal account.

If you do not want to process payment online, please contact us and we can arrange a cash transaction or fund transfer.


Do I have to pay via PayPal?

You have to have a Pay Pal account, but you can use your credit card to pay once you have logged into your PayPal account on the checkout page.
